How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Standard shipping for gym accessories takes 3-5 business days. For heavy equipment like racks and plates, freight shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy on fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of chalk use or wear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Shaw Strength ships worldwide. International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination country.

Are your lifting belts covered under warranty?
All Shaw Strength lifting belts come with a lifetime warranty on the lever mechanism and a 2-year warranty on the leather and stitching against manufacturing defects.
